Project 365, Week 40

So many things not pictured, but also a fairly normal-ish week for us, whatever that means around here! We're enjoying the beauty of the weather and trees that comes with this time of year...perfection!

September 27
Scenes from an evening of soccer, which happily is what we are spending a lot of time doing these days.

September 28
We drove 45 minutes to a Home Depot that was supposed to have something in stock that we needed. They didn't. But all was not lost...we brought the whole family, stopped for Chick-fil-A and saw the sun setting behind the Hartford skyline.

September 29
I attempted to squeeze 17 errands into a 3-hour time slot. Things like interviewing to hire for the upcoming tax season, returning library books, having a social worker visit at soccer pickup, etc.

September 30
These two were colorful and snuggly at 6 AM.

October 1
My only photo from the day, letting the contractor know which colors to order for the new office porch. Some people love the process of choosing all the details, for me its far too many decisions. But, we're getting close!

October 2
Katie and I started Teen Bible Quiz in March 2020. We had two in-person practices before the world shut down. We've done all sorts of things to make it work as the rules were ever changing and, against all odds, our little group learned and grew closer. And finally, after a year and a half, we got to our first meet!!

October 3
Soccer fields are so pretty this time of year!
