This was a difficult and emotionally draining (albeit happy ending) day at the office for both Shaun and I. I think God must've put it on Kiki's heart to make Shaun an apple pie on this exact day. It was well-received. :)

It was good timing to be at the lake. What a different scene without leaves on the trees!

All of Aiden's school is online, but I bought him several textbooks to give him a break from the computer. There are only a few things better in life than holding a book in your hands. ;)
