Project 365, Week 48

November came and went, just like that and we're into the Christmas season, aka The Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

November 28
Aiden and I spent some time doing fall cleanup at the office. More and more he's becoming a capable and dependable worker.

November 29
There were happy smiles after the Learner's Permit test. After several spins around the parking lot, she was deemed road-worthy and she drove most of the way home. I was very special to be able to do this milestone with her.

November 30
Nathan invited his staff from all four offices to recognize and celebrate the Top Franchise award he just received. In the 3-7 Offices category, he got top in the nation, for the second time in three years!

We ate well and there were several brave enough to do karaoke, including the girls who killed it!

December 1
Both girls were working so, on short notice, we had Z over. It was great to catch up with him. He's quite the kid.

December 2
Happy birthday, Dad. He's one of the good guys.

December 3
With treatment and Christmas coming up, we rallied the family and took care of some fixing, decorating, organizing items, pre-treatment.

December 4
At the last minute I got scheduled for a test at 8 AM in the city. Rather than making it a super early morning and risk traffic issues, we opted to stay the night before. Amy drove me and we had such a fun evening! New York City was bustling, in a can-of-sardines sort of way, particularly Rockefeller Plaza. People converged for the Christmas Spectacular, THE tree and the Saks light show, making for a crowd. Once we cleared out of that area, we stopped for a leisurely, delicious dinner.
