October's 10 on 10

The kids were gone much of the day with friends and Shaun was working at the building, so the day in pictures ended up being mostly Dakota and I. Three year-olds tend to be fairly constant buddies. 

We went on a walk, mostly to keep the still-sleeping house quiet a bit longer.

Veggie Tales, to buy more quiet. He gets such a kick out of it and sings the songs constantly.

We went to get supplies...this talking, singing Santa was a big hit.

Aiden had THE best time celebrating his friend's birthday with a fishing pole in his hand.

The girls took Dakota along to hang with their friends so I mowed the lawn, knowing Amanda wouldn't get a chance to do it.

Finally we were all gathered back together....tough night in sports...football, soccer and baseball, all at the same time!

We have our nightly routine, which Dakota thrives on. We sing Jesus Loves Me and I pray with him. He has started to pray and he includes "thank you for Home Depot". 😂
