Florida is a highlight of year and it was a good week.
April 24
The teens invited me for hot tub hangs, which was very sweet. I love listening to them talk about life and hear their views about things.
April 25
In keeping with a long-standing tradition, Nana and Grandpa John treated us to a fun and delicious meal at The Melting Pot.
April 26
Another tradition is our family photo in front of the restrooms at the end of the day at Busch Gardens.
April 27

Our last day and the waves were impressive.
April 29
Shaun worked his magic and drove through the night. I was only able to give him a reprieve of 2.5 hours. We had a whole car full of easy travelers though.
We got home at 3:05 and five minutes later Aiden was at his 3 PM soccer game and Amanda was reffing. Nothing to it! We were surprised to see our friend Bennett, who was playing up an age group.
April 30
More soccer, this time Aiden played goalie which is really the only position he knows well.
Amanda logged some good driving hours while we retrieved Ginger.
