Project 365, Week 14

March 29
Our first family trip to Disney's Magic Kingdom

March 30
My three favorite Red Sox fans at the spring training game

March 31
Time at the pool. Avery is too fearful and Amanda is too brave.

Snuggle timeApril 1
On top of the Pier at St. Petersburg

April 2
Grandpa John's shirt looks a little evil, but its actually a blood donation shirt. The Red Cross is very creative with their t-shirts. This was taken just before leaving for the airport on our first attempt to go home.

April 3
Ah, empty suitcases! Within the first half-hour of being home from any vacation, I like to go through the mail first and then get the suitcases unpacked and laundry going as quickly as possible.

April 4
My mother-in-law brought over small presents for the kids. The girls thought these were so cute...and they are blue! Amanda's actually been talking about her "baby budder" voluntarily, on occasion...progress! She even referred to him by one of the names we are considering in normal conversation...took me a minute to realize what or who she was talking about.

The Final Four was the end of the line for UCONN this year...sad. (Didn't realize our little kitchen tv that's right at kid level was so dirty...interesting, considering the no-touching-the-tv rule we have)

Sara's got her Project up and a link to many others...fun to check out!

  2. What a fun vacation picture at Magic Kingdom! I love that place, and Epcot too. I've been wanting to take my kids to Disney World, but my husband would rather go to the beach. Not me!

  3. Great Pictures again on this site too.
We wanted UCONN too - my husband can't stand any team from MI.

    Have a blessed week.

  6. I love your little Red Sox people. I remember when I visited my sister when she lived in Boston, I was so amazed by all of the diehard Red Sox fans - we went to this little restaurant/bar to eat, and there was a game on, and it was SO loud in there, they just roared everytime something good happened. I loved it.

I am just like you when I get back from a trip - rifle through the mail, and then get the suitcases unpacked as quickly as possible. Drives me nuts to have them sitting around!

  10. What? Your family refuses to live by the Don't Touch the TV Rule too?? Funny!

Like you, I'm quick to unpack and get back to normal too. I don't have the patience to document it in photos, however. :)

Looks like you had a wonderful vacation! FAMILY is EVERYTHING!!!

    Have a great week!

  13. Thanks for visiting my blog. I love all the pictures on yours, what a great idea. Plus, seeing your 2 girls together is so precious since I just recently had my second little girl.
Congrats on the baby boy, how exciting. I am bookmarking so I can keep up with your weekly picture posts, even though you are a Red Sox Fan. I am from St. Louis so I am sure you can understand my hesitation!!!!
