Football Playoffs

Saturday was playoffs day, which meant a four-hour roundtrip from and back to Massachusetts.  After a quick stop at home so the kids could change into their uniforms, we were on the field.

Z had some of his biological family there as well as Shaun's entire family to support and cheer him on.  He scored touchdowns and extra points, he made big tackles, long kick offs...he played his heart out.  But they still lost.  And he took it hard.

There will be no SuperBowl this year for the Red Hurricanes, still much was learned and much was gained.

Aiden-guy got to join the loosey-goosey cheer squad and couldn't have been happier.

Auntie:  I have airplanes on my phone.  :)

My nephew Jared was so sweet to walk with him and talk him through it.  The girls?  Probably not as helpful.
In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.  I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.
Ephesians 3:12,13
