Easter Day

Even though we're more than a week removed, I'm going to go ahead and sneak in an Easter post.  I think its one of the great snapshots of how crazy fast the kids grow.  One year they are a baby sitting on the ground eating grass, the next year they are on their feet searching for eggs.  Then in just the blink of an eye they are too old for that and have moved on to the "big kid" group, working on the scavenger hunt to get to their gift card treat at the end.  Sad.  And amazing.

Speaking of amazing...the way He came and gave His life for me as the final sacrifice to take away all my ugly sins....amazing love.

This year we did brunch at our current house and then the 30 or so of us walked the two blocks to our new house for the egg and scavenger hunt.
