Wedding Bells

Yesterday we celebrated the marriage of Shaun's brother Nathan and his new wife Laryssa. April 30th weather in New England is never guarenteed, but God gave us a beautiful day for the outside ceremony.

Amanda did a great job in her role as flower girl. Everyone is smiling here because she had walked down the entire "aisle" and was on the steps when she suddenly remembered that she was supposed to drop flower petals. So she stopped, took a handful, threw them on the ground and then continued.

The happy couple, both looking fine.
All the "kids" on Shaun's side of the family. It's so exciting to see us growing with spouses and kids; two wedding and two pregnancies in less than a year will do that...so thankful for a large family!

My two favorite people from the wedding party.

The girls with Grandma.

The girls know how to bust a move and its not anything they've learned from me during our dance sessions in the dining room or their bedroom. They helped get the party started.

*Disclaimer* No alcohol was consumed before or during the creation of these pictures. Nathan and his friends are just naturally crazy and shameless.

The girls dancing with their daddy while he blocks out any thoughts of fast-fowarding twenty years or so and having to give his daughters away. He can't think long about it before tearing up.

It was a really fun day being with family and friends and watching Nathan and Laryssa enjoy each other. God rewards those who honor Him and we pray that Nathan and Laryssa will always feel that blessing on their lives.
